Rain as a Natural Disaster

Rain is define as drops of fresh water that fall as precipitation from clouds. It's a blessing from God. This is one of a natural phenomena. You can never tell when it comes but there's a sign where you can avoid it.

Many people seems like they hate it. They are afraid of getting wet. Some do love it.
Hydrophilic people love to take a bath on it.

Rain as what it is. Eventhough, rain is God's blessing sometimes it can be the worst enemy of all.
It can cause a natural disaster known as flood. As you can see, Cagayan de Oro City is a nice place to live in but when suddenly an incident happened. There's a flash flood that strikes the city.

Above is a picture that shows such natural disaster. Many people died from the incident. I can't imagine why it happened. It's a mystery yet unsolved.
