Call Center Escapade

Finding a job is really hard to do. It's not that easy to have one now a days. You need to exert effort for you to win one. Even if you are not incline with the job but if you have that perseverance you can take it.

I actually ventured different types of job. Though my course is B.S. Chemistry, I basically entered the world of customer service. I was once a call center agent at Qualfon Philippines. I resigned from the company thinking that I could have a job which is related to the profession that I have. But still, I am venturing the same field.

Today, call centers are growing much to fast. Many companies establish such kind of business. And call centers already reach Mindanao. Concentrix for example is one of the biggest call centers established to the said place.

Concentrix is actually situated in Cagayan de Oro City near SM City Cagayan. I applied to that company and apparently I'm under training. Hope I can pass. Here are some pictures of my co-trainee:

The training is not yet over. So we still have that fear of losing the job. We still need to venture the type of work. And there's a lot of training to do. Hope all of us can pass this training and win to have such.
